What the workspace coordinates

SMS

Provider-backed SMS workflows with recipient validation, dry-run previews, scheduling, and confirmation-gated sends.

Email / SMTP

Server-side SMTP composition with To, CC, BCC, subject, text, HTML preview, templates, and explicit send confirmation.

Leads and contacts

Use the same recipient selection surface for outreach lists, follow-ups, and CRM-style context.

Templates

Reusable message and email templates make outreach repeatable without making it feel automated or careless.

Scheduling

Prepare reminders and future follow-ups while keeping live sends reviewable and intentionally triggered.

Audit history

Store sanitized metadata about outreach actions without exposing secrets or message-provider credentials.

Built for careful client acquisition and operations.

The communications layer supports practical outreach, follow-ups, and reminders while avoiding accidental mass sends. Provider credentials stay server-side or Keychain-fed, and missing SMTP/SMS configuration results in clear errors instead of hidden crashes.

Technical Details

Communications providers are adapter-based. SMS, SMTP email, webhooks, and future channels can expose capabilities such as dry-run previews, recipient validation, duplicate detection, scheduling support, and audit metadata without exposing provider secrets in frontend code.

Active providers

SMS and SMTP email workflows are active. Future providers can include Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, newsletters, and webhooks.

Safety posture

Dry-run first. Deduplicate recipients. Redact sensitive values. Require explicit confirmation before real delivery.
